House Appropriations Committee Approves Key Funding Bills The House Appropriations Committee has approved the Labor-H and CJS funding bills. The Labor-H bill included a $6.5 billion increase for the NIH budget to $49 billion and the CJS bill funded NSF at $9.6 billion, an increase of $1.1 billion.
