Don’t forget to pick up your Certificate of Attendance before leaving San Diego. Go to the Sails Pavilion and Lobby A to get your signed and sealed certificate by 5 p.m. PT. Attendees must obtain this documentation by the end of the meeting—certificates cannot be provided after the meeting. Please note that many institutions require certificates of attendance to reimburse travelers.

CME registration must be completed by Wednesday. Attendees must register to be eligible to receive Continuing Medical Education credits for designated sessions. Enroll for CME on-site by 5 p.m. PT at the CME counter in the Attendee Services area of the San Diego Convention Center.
